How paid plans work
Stripe processes every paid subscription.
- Pro and Publisher / Label subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
- Paying users can choose Manage subscription in Profile to open Stripe’s billing portal and manage or cancel.
- Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. When cancellation is scheduled for period end, paid access remains available through that period.
- Except where applicable law requires otherwise, there are no prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period.
Your content after cancellation
Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your songs, lyrics, worktapes, or other content. Publisher / Label cancellation or downgrade does not automatically delete organization and roster data; consistent with the current product, the workspace may become inactive or read-only.
Future price changes
Prices may change in the future. SplitSheet will provide appropriate advance notice before a change applies to an existing subscription, as required by applicable law.
